I just wanted to thank you guys for one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had to this date. I would have to say from start to finish the whole process was painless, other than the fact that I loved the car I traded in on the Avalanche. Your sales approach, as far as, not putting pressure or swaying the customer's decision was the best I have dealt with of all the cars I have purchased through the years. As a detailer I expected to find dirts, crust, bad paint, etc. I didn't. I detailed the car the next day and even skipped polishing (which I never do on a new car). It was just that nice! I promised you guys a testimonial, however, have been super busy with my schedule. If I didn't beleive I had an outstanding buying experience, I definately would not be writing this! I always drove past your carlot thinking you had such a classy and diverse inventory.Over the course of a month I was stopping in and viewing your cars online. Never once was I bothered by a "pushy car salesman" (which I gotta give you guys credit for that because that is the one thing I absolutely hate about buying a new car). When I found the car I had to have, Hans did a great job at making sure that happened and even put new tires on the vehicle and had the oil changed. Im not the brightest when it comes to cars and I never would have noticed any of that- which says a lot about the honesty of the satff and the image of the company as a whole.
