I was recently involved in a car accident that totalled my 2007 VW Passat after only 2 months. I always drove past your carlot thinking you had such a classy and diverse inventory.Over the course of a month I was stopping in and viewing your cars online. Never once was I bothered by a "pushy car salesman" (which I gotta give you guys credit for that because that is the one thing I absolutely hate about buying a new car). When I found the car I had to have, Hans did a great job at making sure that happened and even put new tires on the vehicle and had the oil changed. Im not the brightest when it comes to cars and I never would have noticed any of that- which says a lot about the honesty of the satff and the image of the company as a whole. I just wanted to thank you guys for such a positive experience with you and your dealership. I never expected the Audi to be as clean and nice as the pictures showed. As a detailer I expected to find dirts, crust, bad paint, etc. I didn't. I detailed the car the next day and even skipped polishing (which I never do on a new car). It was just that nice!
